Accessibility

The Brick Festival team is committed to making sure that all of our visitors have an amazing experience, but it is a popular event and as such the venue can get busy and crowded. There is a lot to see and so visiting involves a bit of movement around the building and some periods of standing for queuing . Please consider your individual needs when deciding whether to attend the event.

Each Brick Festival venue is carefully selected to ensure full accessibility for all of our visitors. Venues will either have level entry, access ramps or full lift access. Information about getting to each venue can be accessed through the individual links at the bottom of the events page.

Extra Help

We invite guests with disabilities to bring a free adult (or registered child) carer on their visit to provide extra help or support. Disabled guests should book the appropriate ticket for themselves, then upon check-in at the event provide evidence of their need for a assistance. The carer will then be given access to the event. Please see below for accepted forms of evidence.

Please note: Carer access is excluded from any promotions or gifts advertised.

The following forms of evidence will be accepted:
Disability Living Allowance (DLA) award letter, Attendance Allowance (AA) award letter, Blind Persons Registration, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Armed Forces Independence Payment, current and valid Blue Badge (photocopy of both sides),  medical letter from your doctor or consultant.
